Construction of the new hotel and clubhouse commenced
at the beginning of September 2006 and was completed in
December 2007. This facility
is built to five star standards and operated as such by
the Kat Leisure group who are involved in numerous hotels
and estate developments. Facilities includes a restaurant,
bar, conference facilities, ballroom, wellness centre,
gym, tennis courts, swimming pool and a club house with
an additional bar and lounge.
The hotel consists of five independent clusters, each
comprising eight two-bedroom suite, four on the ground
floor with four on the first level. Investors have a choice
of Heads, forest and mountain, lagoon and golf course
views.All suites will be fully
furnished and equipped to five
star standards.
